Despite what other brands of lithium providers may list, we believe that no lithium batteries should be installed under the bonnet due to extreme heat. Our lithium batteries are not recommended and not warranted in this under bonnet environment. Temperature between different applications vary and although it may work fine for one vehicle, this doesn't always mean you’re in the clear. Lithium has safety protections around temperature limits but we will not be liable for any issues relating to engine bay heat. Please be smart with your location of installation. Lithium batteries can live a very long life if setup correctly. |

We recommend to keep your battery on charge when not in use for prolonged intervals because batteries need to stay charged to perform at their best. Lithium voltage must be looked after to ensure low voltage protection doesn't get enabled. If the battery stays in low voltage protection for too long the battery will get damaged and void warranty.
